UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - "Kazhydromet" has announced a storm warning in East Kazakhstan region.
The rivers in the East Kazakhstan region may flood after heavy rains that are expected to fall on July 3,4, Emergency Department says in a press release.
