Five went missing in mountains in Almaty region

Five people were reported missing in the mountains of Almaty region, Kazinform News Agency reports citing the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry.
The rescue operation is underway near the Devichii slyozy waterfall in Karasai district.
The rescuers urge all to keep mountain safety rules. Do not go to the mountains when there is an avalanche and mudflow danger, especially after heavy downpours, and be careful when planning a route.
