First stage of leisure complex in Borovoye to be launched in autumn 2012

ASTANA. February 21. KAZINFORM The first stage of the leisure complex being constructed in Borovoye, Akmola region, is planned to be commission this autumn, Kazakhstan Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev announced during the Government meeting on Tuesday.
45% of construction works has been completed so far. The 3-hectare complex is planned to have a 402-room hotel, SPA center. Preliminary cost of the project is about USD 90 million.
Due to the fact the land intended for the project is included in the State National Nature Park territory, Issekeshev ask ed to speed up the adoption of the draft resolution on the transfer of reserve lands, which is prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture.
