First Dy PM Sagintayev holds meeting on flood situation in Karaganda region

KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM - First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev has overflown the flooded areas of Karaganda region, the press service of the regional Emergency Department informs.

April 16 First Deputy PM Sagintayev and Deputy Interior Minister Vladimir Bozhko overflew the areas of Karaganda region affected by melt water flooding. Particular attention was paid to the victims of the flooded areas. In G. Mustafin village Mr. Sagintayev held operational meeting on flood situation. On the current situation and rescue work reported V.Bozhko, chairman of the Committee on Water Resources under the Ministry of Agriculture I. Abishev, first deputy chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazavtozhol" NC Mr.Alipov. First Deputy Prime Minister also met with the residents of the village. "The Government has already allocated 1 billion tenge. No one will be left without support and assistance, " said B.Sagintayev answering the question of the villagers.
