Finland signs Kazakhstan-initiated Green Bridge partnership program

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Finland has signed the Charter on the Green Bridge Partnership Program at the 8th session of Kazakhstan-Finland Intergovernmental Commission for commercial and economic cooperation.
Minister of Environment and Water Resources of Kazakhstan Nurlan Kapparov attended the session. At the Helsinki-hosted session, the sides debated the implementation of agreements reached earlier, problems of development of commercial and economic relations, and cooperation in the sphere of education, health care, environment, tourism, culture, communications, energy, and agriculture. In conclusion, Finland's Minister of European Affairs and Foreign Trade Alexander Stubb inked the Charter. Later on Minister Kapparov met with Finnish Minister of Economic Affairs Jan Vapaavuori to discuss the expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
