Financial Police reveal illegal sail of locomotives worth $1.62 million

ASTANA. December 18. KAZINFORM - Financial police of Kostanay region has opened a criminal case against officials of "Zheldorkompaniya" LLP.
Presumably the employees of the company under guise of transportation for repair have transported two locomotives TEM-18 to the Bryansk region of Russia for onward selling. In this case the documents were forged and the serial numbers were broken in.
These machones are the subject of a pledge under a financial leasing contract concluded between "Zheldorkompaniya" LLP and "Alliance Bank" JSC branch majority shares of which belongs to "Samruk-Kazyna'' National Welfare Fund" JSC.
The criminal case is being investigated.
