Fifteen of Superjet crash victims identified

BANGKOK. May 18. KAZINFORM Experts have identified the remains of 15 victims of the Superjet liner crash, the head of the national police hospital in eastern Jakarta, Agus Prayitno, said on Friday.
The remains of ten men and five women, 13 Indonesian citizens and two foreigners, are indentified. The identity was established by examination of teeth, DNA and personal things, he said, Itar-Tass reports.
The remains are not handed over to relatives, as the experts continue to work. There is no final result yet, and the work is continuing, he added.
The Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 liner crashed when it was on a sales-promotional flight in Indonesia on May 9. The liner crashed into the cliff of Mount Salak in the west of Java Island. Aboard the liner were 45 people -- eight Russians, 35 Indonesian citizens, a Frenchman and a U.S. citizen.
