Festive fireworks display lit up Astana sky

On the occasion of the Republic Day, a huge festive fireworks display lit up the night sky over Astana today, organized at the expense of sponsors, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The grandiose fireworks started at 21:00 in the territory of the Triathlon Park.
More than 100 cultural, educational, sports and social events were held in Astana today.
Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in a solemn ceremony of raising the National Flag.
