Famous businesswoman Liliya Rakh arrested

ALMATY. KAZINFORM Famous businesswoman of Kazakhstan Liliya Rakh has been arrested, press service of the Almaty Municipal Court informs.
Rakh was arrested as per article "Kidnapping by a group of persons by previous consent with the use of force which imposes danger to life and health for financial gain".
Liliya Rakh, born 1962, is the owner of Sauvage boutique.
