EXPO-2017 to be platform for demonstration of energy projects

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - EXPO-2017 will become the platform for demonstration and consideration of future projects in universal energy, believes Secretary General of the International Exhibitions Bureau (BIE) Vincente Loscertales.
He expressed such point of view at the first ever meeting of the EXPO-2017 international participants in Astana on Thursday (October 23). "There is good reason," he added, "that Astana has been chosen as the host of the international exhibition. The city will become the platform for consideration of future projects in universal energy, renewable energy resources and energy transport." In his words, ‘green economy' is becoming an important instrument in development of the future. It is also expected to contribute to improvement of life quality.
