Explosion at Pavlodar plant kills one, injuries another

ASTANA. August 11. KAZINFORM An explosion of a water-heating boiler at a pipe rolling plant of KSP Steel Ltd. killed one person and injured another in Pavlodar on Saturday evening, the Kazakh Ministry for Emergency Situations reported.
On August 10, a water-heating boiler exploded at a gas-filling station of KSP Steel Ltd. As a result of the explosion, the 42-year-old fitter died of injuries at a hospital, the 52-year-old worker was also hospitalized. He is still in E.R.
