Exhibition of Kostanay region opened in Museum of First Kazakh President

The documents concerning life of Ch. Ualikhanov, A. Baitutsynov, M. Dulatov, I. Altynsarin, creations of the Kazakh artists, amenities, clothes, jewelry of migrants from the Russian Empire and Soviet Union are featured in the exhibition.

The exhibition is held within the 3-years project 'Kazakhstan Headed for the Future'. Tree regions have already held their exhibitions in the Museum. Aktobe and North-Kazakhstan regions will hold their exhibitions after the Kostanay exhibition.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan to Kazakhstan Shigeo Natsui who visited the exhibition noted that "it is necessary to know the history, culture and life of this nation in order to create strong neighborhood bilateral relations". He confessed that he still does not know modern representatives of the Kazakh intelligentsia but thoroughly studies those historical figures who really were one of the originators of the Kazakh culture.

According to Deputy Director of the First Kazakh President Kulyash Aktayeva "the exhibition is aimed at demonstration of the most valuable and interesting items of culture from the view of the Kazakh people and those who want to study the Central-Asian phenomenon as Kazakhstan".
