Ex-vice minister to head Astana emergency situations department

Ex-Vice Minister of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan Marat Kuldikov was appointed as the head of the Astana city emergency situations department, Kazinform reports.
Kazakh Emergency Situations Minister Syrym Sharipkhanov introduced the new head.
Born in 1967, he is a graduate of the Kokshetau Technical Institute of the Emergency Situations Agency of Kazakhstan.
