Evacuation of Nauryzbai district citizens cancelled – Almaty Mayor’s Office

ALMATY. KAZINFORM Almaty administration cancelled the evacuation of people living in a mudslide-hit district, Kazinform reports.
According to Press Secretary of the city Mayor Asset Mukazhanov, the situation has been normalized, as water is declining.
Recall that the municipal emergencies department issued a mudslide warning for Nauryzbai district of Almaty on August 14.
