European Union shares experience in public procurements with Kazakhstan

ASTANA. June 15. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ The European Union holds two-week training seminar for public servants in the field of public purchases in Astana.
As the organizers of the event noted, such trainings were held in Kazakhstan for the first time.
According to acting head of the project on improvement of competitiveness and system of public purchases in Kazakhstan Edwin Parups, the ethic of public purchases and analysis of risks, violation of public procurement procedures, world experience in holding, electronic public procurements and other issues will be discussed within the seminar.
The project if financed by the European Union under TACIS 2006 Central Asia Action Programme.
