Eurasian Economic Commission to be headquartered in Moscow

SCOW. November 18. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Eurasian Economic Commission will be headquartered in Moscow for the next four years. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev made it public at a press conference after the meeting with his Russian and Belarusian counterparts on Friday in Moscow.

"When all the laws are passed, we will get closer to establishing the economic union of our states by 2015, if not earlier. Then we will review, in which of our capitals, which bodies will be located," Nazarbayev noted.

"In addition, we unanimously support the candidacy of Viktor Khristenko (Russian Minister of Industry and Trade) for the head of the Eurasian Economic Commission," the Kazakh leader said.
