Eurasian Development Bank to host int'l conference in Moscow
The annual conferences of the bank traditionally brings together prominent experts. This year they are to discuss a wide spectrum of issues related to the Eurasian integration, including mutual investments, coordination of the macroeconomic policy in the region, integration of commodity markets, cross-border cooperation, infrastructural aspects of integration, single labor market, and so on.
The Eurasian Development Bank was established by Russia and Kazakhstan in January 2006 to facilitate the development of market economy, sustainable economic growth and expansion of commercial and economic ties of the participating countries. The charter capital is more than $1.5 billion. Participating countries are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
