EU to send humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan

BRUSSELS. June 14. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ In connection with the riots in southern Kyrgyzstan, the European Commission has decided to send a team of experts to assess the humanitarian situation.
"When thousands of civilians leave their country and many citizens leave their houses due to the ongoing hostilities we must be ready for responding to the humanitarian situation", European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Reponce Kristalina Georgieva stressed.
As is known, at least dozens of people were killed as a result of mass riots in southern Kyrgyzstan
