EU supports Kazakhstan's aspiration to join WTO, Norbert Jousten

ASTANA. May 4. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ "The European Union supports Kazakhstan's aspiration to join the World Trade Organization (WTO)," Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Kazakhstan Norbert Jousten said during the panel session "Global and regional integration - new economic growth opportunities" of the IV Astana Economic Forum.
According to him, the EU voices its commitment to cooperation with Kazakhstan and is ready to help Kazakhstan embark on a way of market economy and establish the WTO principles. Kazakhstan is an important partner of the European Union.
As stated there, the volume of trade increased by 48% in 2010.
