EU invites journalists to seminar on energy policy and energy efficiency of buildings as part of INOGATE Programme

The seminar is organized by the EU project "Energy Saving Initiative in the Eastern European and Central Asian Countries" (ESIB) in the framework of the INOGATE Programme. The objective of the seminar is to inform mass media representatives about the issues of energy efficiency and energy savings in buildings, the energy and economic potential of energy savings in buildings through the introduction of energy effective solutions, state policies aimed at forming an energy-efficient society, a society with a rational use of energy, the EU Delegation's press service said.

During this training seminar participants will have an opportunity to obtain not only useful and necessary information, but also answers from experts in the form of an improvised press-conference. The seminar will serve as a discussion platform for exchange of opinions and of experience gained in covering the issues of energy policies and energy efficiency of buildings in the mass media.

The ESIB project is funded by the European Union in the framework of the INOGATE Programme. The INOGATE Programme supports energy cooperation between the European Union and the INOGATE Partner Countries.
