Entrepreneurship development discussed in Aktau

Akims the regions and cities, representatives of the institutes of development, heads of the state bodies, second-tier banks and enterprises attended the meeting.

According to first deputy governor of the region Amankeldi Aitkulova, as of April 1, 2011 small and medium enterprises produced goods (goods, works and services) to the amount of KZT 77.2 billion. This is a threefold increase as compared to the same period last year. The number of economic entities increased by 14.7% to 38,060 units. The number of people employed in small and medium business increased by 28.6%.
