It is assumed that this program will provide the training of qualified personnel in accordance with the specific needs of employers, which will create favorable living conditions for the citizens of our country.

It should be noted that the employment program includes three main directions: employment through the development of infrastructure and utilities, through training and relocation, and through the development of rural entrepreneurship.

Thus, on the first direction, the program provides employment of citizens in jobs associated with the repair, construction and improvement of rural settlements.

The second direction is the employment through the development of rural entrepreneurship by encouraging private entrepreneurship in rural areas.

The third direction involves the provision of employment through training and relocation and offers measures to help the self-employed, low-income and unemployed people get jobs.
