Elena Rybakina about her goals for 2024 after win at WTA 500 tournament in Australia
World no.4 Elena Rybakina has shared her goals for 2024 after her victory in the quarterfinal of the Brisbane International presented by Evie 2024, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.
Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan beat Anastasia Potapova of Russia (world No 28), who withdrew from the match in the second set due to the injury. The Kazakhstani took a 6-1 lead on the Russian in the first set.
The last 7 months were a bit unlucky with health issues. But for me the most important is to stay healthy… hopefully I’m gonna have some other big titles this year, said Rybakina following her match against the Russian.
The Kazakhstani is to take on Czech Linda Noskova (world no 40) in the semifinal match at the WTA 500 tournament played in Brisbane, Australia.
