Effective use of Baikonur cosmodrome – under control of Kazakh specialists

KONUR. August 6. KAZINFORM /Sara Kabikyzy/ A delegation of "Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary" National Company arrived from the working visit to Baikonur cosmodrome.
The Kazakh specialists examined the state of facilities removed from the rent list at #37 cosmodrome platform, reviewed the technical and residential complexes of # 42 and 45 platforms of Baikonur.
As President of the Company Gabdullatif Murzakulov informed, negotiations with the management of "International Space Company "Kosmotras" (ISC) on the issues of cooperation at Baikonur cosmodrome were held within the visit. Joint action plan was signed upon the results of the talks.
The Kazakh delegation participated in the successful launch of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile RS-20 from Baikonur cosmodrome as well.
