Education UK Fair 2014 arrives in Astana

Over 40 top UK institutions will present their programmes for secondary, higher and business education, as well as short courses and holiday programmes for children and adults. Visitors to the exhibition will have the unique opportunity to talk to representatives from universities, colleges and schools and choose the ones best-suited to their needs. They will be able to ask students and graduates from British universities questions, learn more about receiving a grant to study in the UK for free, find out how to build a creative portfolio and apply for scholarships. Visitors will also have an opportunity to participate in British Council competitions and receive prizes from exhibition partners. The fair will take place on October 25 in Astana at the Rixos President Hotel, 7D Kunayev Street, Astana. The British Council and the Centre for International Programmes supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Kazakhstan invite pupils, students, parents and young professionals to attend this exhibition to learn about the opportunities and advantages of studying in Great Britain. At the Education UK exhibition on 25 October a rich and interesting event programme will be on offer. There will be competitions to take part in and a prize-draw with exciting prizes. You will be able to find out about grants and scholarships available for studying in the UK. Following our tradition, we will also be organizing meetings with graduates of British universities, the British Council Kazakhstan said.
