Education Ministry and N Kazakhstan sign a memo
Members of the Government of Kazakhstan visited social objects, including schools in Yessil and Kyzylzhar districts. Deputy Prime Minister G.Abdykalikova urged the region's authorities to address the problem of shortage of seats in schools with the state language of instruction, the primemisnister.kz reports.
She also pointed out a problem connected with a big number of small schools.
There are 463 or 81% of small schools in the region. 29,281 pupils, representing 40.8% of the total contingent of pupils are trained at those schools.
Gulshara Abdikalikova also met with students and teachers of the Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University. They discussed the quality of higher education, attracting young scientists in science and educational work with young people.
