EC Ambassador Norbert Jousten visits Kostanay region

Akim of Kostanay region Sergey Kulagin received the guest and informed him of the socio-economic development and prospects of the region. The diplomat told about the activity of his mission aimed at improving the investment climate and developing trade relations between the EU and Kazakhstan. S. Kulagin thanked the delegation for their interest in Kostanay oblast. N. Jousten considers Kostanay as a dynamically developing region of Kazakhstan and very attractive for foreign investments.

The diplomat visited a school in Zhitikar town. There he presented a computer to one of the students Temirlan Kargulov, who won the European Commission's drawing competition on gender equality.

Mr. Jousten is also expected to visit the Kostanay State University.
