East Kazakhstan weather warning: Strong winds expected

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM Emergency services of East Kazakhstan region issued a weather warning bulletin for the region, Kazinform correspondent reports.
According to forecasters, on the afternoon of August 4, in some parts of the region, South-easterly winds will reach 15-20 mps, gusting up to 28 mps.
