Earthquake shuttered E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. November 7. KAZINFORM A 2-3 magnitude earthquake jolted East Kazakhstan region early in the morning, the press service of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry said.
The epicenter is located in Zyryanovsky district near the Kazakh-Russian border line.
