Earthquake hits Kazakh-Kyrgyz border

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - November 3 at 11:59 p.m., Kazakhstan's Seismological Expedition of the Science Committee under Education and Science Ministry reported on an earthquake measuring recorded on the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border.
The epicenter of 4.0-magnitude earthquake was located 88 kilometres to the south-east of the city of Almaty. There is no information about tangibility.
