E Kazakhstan to build another 150 houses for repatriates

UST KAMENOGORSK. September 27. KAZINFORM Governor of the region Berdybek Saparbayev met with the people of Shygys village built under the Nurly Kosh program.
According to the governor, such meetings help more effectively settle issues the population faces.
As the village akim said, 463 houses for repatriates were commissioned there during the period of 2009-2011. Another 150 houses will be built under the Employment 2020 Program.
Its population numbers 12 293 people, mainly, the repatriates. 273 people have steady jobs, 117 are self-employed.
As the regional information centre said, East Kazakhstan is the first region of Kazakhstan to build a village for the repatriates.
