E Kazakhstan rivers likely to overflow as downpour predicted

UST KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM With more heavy rains predicted for July 25-26 the mountain rivers of East Kazakhstan region are expected to overflow their banks. It's been raining for the second day in a row, Kazinform reports.
Kazhydromet Weather Service has issued a storm alert for the region as continuous rains may cause water levels to keep rising in the coming days, a release reads.
