E Kazakhstan issues storm alert

UST KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM A cold weather alert was issued for the East Kazakhstan region for September 19-20, Kazhydromet said. Rain, water snow, increase of wind gusts up to 15-25 mps are set to batter the region.
Temperature will drop at night from 3-8 °C above zero to 1-6 °C below zero.
