E Kazakhstan Governor discussed industrial opportunities and tourism potential with Charge d'Affaires of South Africa

UST-KAMENOGORSK. May 11. KAZINFORM /Lyudmila Malko/ Governor of East Kazakhstan region Berdybek Saparbayev met with Charge d'Affaires of South Africa in Kazakhstan Jurgens Young, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Governor.
The sides discussed industrial opportunities and tourism potential of East Kazkahstan.
Jurgens Young said that he was glad to visit one of the biggest regions of Kazakhstan - the industrial center of the country.
The parties expressed hope that the distance between the states would not be a barrier for extension of relationships at the regional level and strengthen trade and economic contacts.
The Republic of South Africa is one of the economically developed countries in Africa. It is among top 20 countries of the world on the industrial output, ranks fourth in the world on extraction of non-fuel materials, leads in extraction of gold, platinum group metals, etc.
