During a meeting with the region's core group Head of State said that ‘East Kazakhstan has developed owing to industrial sector. The best engineers of the country are from that region. President of Kazakhstan was interested in the work carried out in the region to implement an experience of dual system of education It is worth noting that East Kazakhstan has good experience in the development of dual education throughout the country. This is evidenced by the ІII Republican Forum "Experience in the implementation of dual education in TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) which took place in the region. In addition, to execute President's instructions on the formation of the national model of dual training, memoranda of cooperation in the field of employment were signed between the Ministries of Education, Labour and Social Welfare and East Kazakhstan regional Akimat, as well as between enterprises and colleges of different regions of the country.
