Dy Chairman of CEC holds meeting with observers from Korea and Georgia

From the Korean side the meeting was attended by Director of the Department for Human Resources Park Kwang Seob and chief consultant of the department Kim Jong Su. Central Election Commission of the Republic of Georgia has been represented by D. Dzhavakhadze and G.Chikaberidze. Vladimir Foos put wise about the peculiarities of the election legislation of our country, as well as the work of the Central Election Commission. He also said that more than one thousand international observers and foreign media including three missions of international organizations and observers from 37 foreign countries have been accredited to cover the elections. In addition, the deputy chairman of the CEC answered questions of the delegates regarding the law and practice of elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the progress of the campaign and the activity of the candidates, as well as the cooperation of the CEC with the media in terms of informing the public about the elections. At the end of the meeting participants noted that the election campaign is active and it had quite a good coverage in the mass media. The candidates had many meetings with people to tell about their platforms and ideas.
