According to him, within the framework of today's talks in a narrow and expanded formats, Karim Massimov and his Chinese counterpart have discussed the whole range of trade and economic relations between the two countries.
"The Republic of Kazakhstan welcomes and supports the program of the Great Silk Road economic belt which was initiated by the Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to Kazakhstan in 2013," said Massimov.
Head of Government recalled that President Nursultan Nazarbayev delivered state-of-the-nation address and proclaimed the new economic policy "Nurly Zhol".
"The two programs - "Silk Road" and "Nurly Zhol" complement each other and allow further developing cooperation between our peoples and countries," said the Prime Minister.
