Drunk driving as the main cause of road accidents in E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. October 22. KAZINFORM Yet another road accident through a fault of a drunk driver happened in Ust-Kamenogorsk (East Kazakhstan) where Opel Omega and Volkswagen Passat cars collided on the intersection of Nezavisimost and Dobrolyubov streets.
Volkswagen driver and two passengers were injured due to a fault of drunk Opel driver, the police confirmed. The victims were hospitalized.
The police admit, the number of drunk driving accidents in the region has increased for 90 per cent.
