Driver in fatal crash given suspended sentence

SHYMKENT. KAZINFORM The Enbekshy district court of Shymkent, South Kazakhstan, tried a criminal case against a man who caused a road traffic accident killing a pedestrian on August 28 this year.
The defendant was given a three-year suspended sentence and was disqualified for two years for he had reimbursed fully moral and material damage to the victim's representative, the official website of the South Kazakhstan regional court reads.
The court verdict hasn't come into legal force yet.
