MINSK. May 19. KAZINFORM /Aituar Mamlin, Kanat Kulshmanov/ Draft Treaty on the free trade zone in the CIS has not been approved fully yet. Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States Sergey Lebedev has announced it today.
"Draft Treaty on the free trade zone in the CIS aimed at formation of a single contractual framework for full liberalization of trade in the CIS space has not been fully approved yet, which puts obstacles for all member countries to sign it", Lebedev said during the enlarged session of the CIS Heads of Government.
The CIS Economic Council was charged to review all problematic issues of the Treaty, in order to solve them and submit the draft document for a regular session of the Prime Ministers' Council of the CIS.
