Draft program on languages development to be presented in Government

MANGYSTAU REGION. July 21. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Presentation of draft program on languages development will be held in the Kazakh Government next Monday, July 26.
"I will hold a session on the issues of trilingualism. Minister of Culture Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed will present a draft program languages development", Prime Minister Karim Massimov said at the sitting in the Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov.
"Every Kazakhstani must be fluent in Kazakh language", the Premier said.
