Draft law on housing and utilities infrastructure to be approved

ATY. July 24. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ 200 thousand people are working in housing and utilities infrastructure, 18 per cent of economy is concentrated here that is why the Government developed and approved the Conception for its development for 2010-2014, Vice Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov has said today in Almaty; Kazinform reports.
According to him private investments should be injected into the housing and utilities infrastructure besides budgetary funds. "We have real possibilities.There should be clear and distinct tariff policy", - he noted.
"An interdepartmental commission was established under the Government where we will consider all issues. We must approve new law on state regulation in the field of housing and utilities infrastructure. Now the draft law is developed", - S. Akhmetov said.
"I assign Akimats to take all measures in implementation of the conception jointly with the central state bodies and submit proposals on each project", - the Vice Prime Minister noted.
