Draft budget for 2011-2012 includes financial support for healthcare and education programs

PAVLODAR REGION. September 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov reminded that the President had charged the Government to develop draft programs on development of healthcare and education.
'The draft budget for 2011-2012 already includes financial support of these programs. We left in the past that practice when we adopted programs and then desperately looked for financial support', the Head of the Government said at the meeting in Aksu Ferroalloy Plant who is now in his working trip to the region.
'These programs are financially supported, they have that financial basis that is needed and we should follow the set direction', the Premier noted.
