Dmitry Medvedev sends greetings to Al-Farabi KazNU

Dear friends!

I congratulate you with the 75^th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

For the passed years the University has turned into the country's leading 'forge' of professional staff. Russia and other countries know your University as an authoritative educational and research center renowned for its traditions and strong teaching staff.  

It is important that today the Kazakh National University is actively developing and strives to meet the highest international requirements and standards.  

For many decades Russia and Kazakhstan keep active collaboration in the field of higher education. The invaluable traditions to carry through joint research works, student exchange will be preserved and amplified.

I have the warmest reminiscence of my visit to the University in 2006, and I am proud to hold the title of the Professor of Al Farabi Kazakh National University.  

With all my heart I wish the University staff and students good health, well-being and achievements in professional career and education.
