Digital tools in schools help protect children, prevent tragedies - Karin
State Counselor Erlan Karin and Children’s Rights Commissioner Dinara Zakiyeva visited the Unified Contact Center “111” on family issues and the protection of women’s and children’s rights, Qazinform News Agency reports.
During discussions on child safety and rights protection, Erlan Karin emphasized the importance of adopting new digital tools more actively. He noted that simple smart solutions based on digital technologies are increasingly being used in the social sphere.
“In protecting children’s rights and ensuring their safety, we have introduced QR codes in schools as a modern alternative to traditional phone calls. This approach has made it possible to provide timely, qualified psychological assistance to thousands of children and, in some cases, even helped prevent tragic incidents,” said Erlan Karin.
Citizen appeals submitted through digital platforms such as E-otinish and E-gov are also being used more extensively. Based on real requests from the population, government agencies are implementing systemic measures that address public needs.
“All these new approaches built on digital technologies are delivering tangible results, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of government decisions. That is why it is essential to expand the use of digital tools in public communications today,” stressed the State Counselor.
