Development of priorities of Kazakhstan’s economy – main objective of Government
In his Address the Head of the State announced 7 priority lines as the development of agricultural complex, metallurgy, oil refining, energy, chemistry and pharmacy, construction industry, transport and info-communications. Besides, other five lines were proposed as engineering, uranium and light industry, tourism and space.
At the same time the state will support those projects corresponding to new approach as modernization of existing enterprises, creation of new high-producing plants (80-100% of productivity), selective support of enterprises 'the economy of the future' (IT, alternative energy and etc).
The important tool for implementation of the State Program on forced industrial-innovation development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 will become the scheme of rational distribution of productive capacity. It will let the state, at-first, jointly with business elaborate right investment decisions and, the second, provide the associativity for implementation of projects of private sector with the development of infrastructure and resource potential of the country.
