Deep freeze to persist in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazhydromet, Kazakhstan's national forecaster, says deep freeze is here to stay for another couple of days.
Inclement weather with little snow, blizzard, fog and bleak will persist in southeastern and northern areas of the country. Today, wind will strengthen up to 15-20 meters per second in North Kazakhstan, South Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Akmola, Mangystau and Atyrau regions. Meteorologists predict it will be foggy in Kostanay, East Kazakhstan and Almaty regions. Intense cold will grip most of northern Kazakhstan. Freezing temperatures are also expected in Zhambyl, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions.
