Death toll rises to 36 in twin bomb attack in Iraq

BAGHDAD. October 28. KAZINFORM The death toll from bomb attacks in northeastern Baghdad rose to 36, the Iraqi Interior Ministry said Friday; Kazinform refers to CNN.
At least 78 people were injured in the attack Thursday night, the ministry said.
The incident occurred when two roadside bombs exploded in quick succession at a busy outdoor market
They came less than a week after U.S. President Barack Obama announced that virtually all U.S. troops will come home from Iraq by the end of the year.
