Deadlines of President's tasks implementation set
Thus, the Kazakh Ministry of Culture must develop proposals on realization of the nationwide action plan on celebrating the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence in a two-week period. Minister Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed was also charged to accelerate development and approval of the action plan on implementation of the state program of languages development and its functioning.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova and her Ministry together with interested bodies will work on a new Employment Program - 2020.
Setting the deadlines for programs' development K.Massimov said that the draft program would be considered at the collegium of the ministry next week and later at the telephone conference of the Government scheduled for February 8.
The Ministry of Finance together with the Agency of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial Organizations should work out a complex of measures on expanding access to microfinance in a month. According to K.Massimov draft laws on modernization of microfinance mechanism must be submitted to the Government by April 1, 2011.
The Kazakh Agency on Construction, Housing and Utilities was charged to submit a new program of housing and utilities modernization for consideration of the Government by April 1 as well.
