Dead boy, 4, found on river bank in Uralsk

URALSK. KAZINFORM - A lifeless body of a 4-year-old boy has been found on the bank of the Ural River today, the West Kazakhstan emergencies department says.
Lifeguards discovered the boy's corpse while searching for a fisherman who went missing three days ago. The boy has already been identified. An investigation has been launched.
